Current Discussion:

The client experience is very important for every client to feel special, warmed welcomed and want to refer their friends. I fully believe that the client experience is more than just giving great advice. It is about the additional services and conversations you have with your clients that verify you sincerely care. I agree but I believe it's more than just what occurs within your office. A true client experience should also be communicated outside your branch at community related events. In our practice we are constantly looking for ways to communicate that client experience in various forms such as birthday letters, notes, family events, and educational seminars.

I think there are many different versions of a client experience. However, the minute a client senses the experience is not authentic, they will leave you. (This is a great site by the way)
